The front door is not a department index — it is a field that takes your street address and rearranges the page around it: your collection day, your ward and the council member who answers for it, your closest park and pool, and the City project currently tearing up your street with the City's own dated status note on it. Below that, the nine things people actually do, each going straight to the form or the portal that finishes it, and the complete org chart kept at the bottom for the reader who wants it. Full-text search over 566 of the City's pages, typo-tolerant, and honest about the three most common searches that end at an agency the City does not operate. Designed to WCAG 2.2 AA.
