WCCTC’s Board usually meets the fourth Friday of every month at 8:30 a.m. in the El Cerrito City Council Chambers (with some exceptions). The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) - which is comprised of staff from the member agencies and advises the Board - meets the second Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in WCCTC offices, 6333 Potrero Ave Suite 100, El Cerrito, CA 94530.

Richmond Parkway Transportation Plan
Richmond Parkway is a major road linking I‑80 and I‑580. It serves many functions of regional and local importance: as a goods movement (truck and rail) corridor connecting to the Port of Richmond and local industrial uses, a regional commuter corridor, a critical segment of the San Francisco Bay Trail, and a transit center via the Richmond Parkway Transit Center.
