STMP Fees and Reporting
The West County Subregional Transportation Mitigation Program (STMP) was developed with the participation and concurrence of local jurisdictions in determining the most feasible methods of mitigating regional traffic impacts. WCCTC is empowered by its Joint Powers Authority and Master Cooperative Agreement to coordinate and administer revenue for the regional transportation improvements funded with these fees.

Participating jurisdictions calculate the fee due. Confirm the current schedule and any AB 3177 eligible amount with the jurisdiction handling the project.
2027 STMP Update
In 2025 WCCTC began the next update of the STMP Program, which is anticipated to go into effect during the second half of 2027.
