Support can look as considered as the public site
A support-engagement concept rather than a redesign — proving that ongoing WordPress maintenance for an art school can be presented with the same care as the school's own work.

Case study overview
The problem
Ongoing web support is usually sold as a ticket queue and an hourly rate, which tells a client nothing about what will actually happen each month. For an art and design college — an institution whose entire public identity is visual judgement — being handed a generic support proposal is its own argument against the vendor.
The approach
The concept is built as a proof rather than a pitch: a real custom WordPress theme carrying the official wordmark, so the support relationship is demonstrated in the college's own visual language before any contract exists. An Ask surface answers questions grounded in actual college pages, and a filterable program finder handles the discovery task an art school site most needs. Alongside them sits the part clients actually buy — a readable support plan for monthly WordPress and Pantheon work, with a review, refine, release rhythm that says what happens and when, plus concrete accessibility improvements.
The result
Seven routes covering the front door, an Ask surface, programs, platform, search, and accessibility, on a real custom WordPress theme.
