The case
Why an association, and not just a program
Child care in Idaho is not one service. It is a network of providers, trainers, funders, schools, and families that only works when somebody keeps the pieces talking to each other. That is the job.

Twenty-six collaboratives across six regions
An early learning collaborative is the group in one town that plans together: the school, the providers, the library, the clinic, the employers, and the families. Idaho AEYC supports twenty-six of them.
