Written for you
Five audiences, five different answers
Idaho AEYC serves families, child care providers, community partners, policymakers, and donors. The same program means something different to each of them, so each one gets its own answer instead of the same brochure.

The case
Why an association, and not just a program
Child care in Idaho is not one service. It is a network of providers, trainers, funders, schools, and families that only works when somebody keeps the pieces talking to each other. That is the job.
- 26 early learning collaboratives across Idaho’s regions
- 1986 the year Idaho educators founded this association
- 44 Idaho counties the work reaches toward
- 5 audiences at the center of every page: families, providers, policymakers, donors, partners
Figures come from Idaho AEYC's own published materials. The reports behind them are on the case for early learning.
Where we work
Twenty-six collaboratives across six regions
An early learning collaborative is the group in one town that plans together: the school, the providers, the library, the clinic, the employers, and the families. Idaho AEYC supports twenty-six of them.
