From applying to owning your home
THI's Homeownership Program follows the same five steps for every family. Start at the step you are on.
Living in a THI home
Payments are due on the 1st of each month and are late after the 5th. Call (505) 771-2060 as soon as you know a payment will be late.
On the waiting list? Update your application every year
Once a year THI writes to every family on the list. A family that does not update its application loses its place, and years on the list count toward your points only with an update every year.

FY2026 Income Limits
HUD's income limits for fiscal year 2026 are posted. A household of four qualifies as low-income with an annual income of $85,450 or less.
