HUD's Office of Native American Programs issued the FY2026 income limits for the Indian Housing Block Grant program on June 11, 2026. THI uses them to decide whether an applicant's household is low-income.
THI uses the low-income limit for your household's size to decide whether a family is low-income; its policy allows exceptions for a family with a documented housing need (Section V.D). For a household of four, the limit is $85,450.
