Homebuyer education
Every homebuyer takes part in THI’s education sessions, before moving in and after. They include:

Financial literacy classes
Classes on managing your money as a homebuyer.

Home maintenance education and training
As a homebuyer you take care of your home’s maintenance and repairs, and these classes prepare you for it.

Other homebuyer education sessions THI schedules, before and after move-in.
Failure without good cause to participate in all sessions shall constitute a basis for disqualification from the program and shall constitute a breach of the Lease Purchase Agreement.
