The 1st of each month, your payment is due
After the 5th a payment is late and adds a $25 late charge
$35 THI charges for a returned check

Your monthly payment is due on the 1st. You may pay more than your required payment; the extra goes toward your purchase price.

Keep your receipt
Save or print the confirmation the payment page gives you. Call THI with any question about a payment.
