THI's Homeownership Program Policies and Procedures were amended on May 13, 2025. For Lease Purchase Agreements signed on or after January 1, 2025, the purchase price is the construction cost of the home, and the monthly payment is the amount that pays off that price over 30 years or 30% of adjusted income, whichever is less, and at least the administration charge.
The monthly administration charge has been $250 since February 4, 2025.
