Zoning applications go to the Building and Planning office in the basement at 228 North Main Street. Download the form, gather the deeds and plat, and the counter visit is one trip.

Land-use matters that need a hearing go to the Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Appeals. Both publish a public hearing schedule in the document shelf.
