How a Permit Moves
What happens after you apply
The city publishes this process for its Land Disturbance Permit, and most city permits follow the same four steps. Fees are paid at approval, not at submission.
- SubmitBring a completed application and the required submittals to City Hall.
- ReviewThe city reviews the application and submittals, and contacts you with questions.
- ApprovalThe application is approved, sometimes with special conditions attached.
- Pick UpYou pick up the notice of coverage, and the permit fee is paid at that point.
