Accessibility Statement
This is the website of the city residents lean on most, so it should work for everyone, on any device and with any assistive technology. Here is what we aim for and how to tell us when we fall short.
We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA
We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That means clear text and color contrast, a full keyboard path through every page, labels that screen readers can announce, and content that reflows on a phone without breaking. This is the standard we design and test against as we add content.
Report a barrier
If any page or document on this site is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us what happened and where. Include the page address if you can, and the best way to reach you back.

We aim to acknowledge every accessibility report within five business days, and to fix what we can as quickly as we are able.
Older documents
Some documents on this site were published before the site was rebuilt, and a few are scanned images of paper records that assistive technology cannot read aloud. If you need one of these in a format you can use, contact City Hall and we will provide the information another way.
