Past Water Notices
A boil water order stays in force until laboratory results come back clear and the City lifts it in writing.
A notice may apply to a single street, to part of Bruceville or Eddy, to the lines that cross the Falls County boundary, or to the whole system. Each one carries its own date and the area the City named.

Boil Water Notice: 5/14/2025 - Rescinded
5/19/2025 Update: The results from samples taken over the weekend have returned negative. The boil water notice is now being lifted. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.

2/5/2025: Update - The Boil Water Notice has been lifted as of 10:00 am on February 5th, 2025.

Boil Water Notice: July 3rd, 2024 Rescinded
UPDATE: Having received a passing bacteriological sample from the water lab, as of 10:20 am July 3rd, the system wide Boil Water Notice is now lifted.

Water Leak - Old Bethany Rd
We are working on a leak on Old Bethany Rd at the moment. Several streets in the surrounding area will be affected. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Water Leak on Mackey Ranch Rd
We are currently fixing a leak on Mackey Ranch Rd. This will affect a large portion of the surrounding area. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Leak on Woodard Lane
Customers on Woodard Lane will be without water for a short period of time this morning as we are fixing a leak at one of the fire hydrants, Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working as fast as possible.

Water Leak
There is currently a leak on Temple St in-between W 3rd and 4th Street. You may be experiencing low water pressure or have no water at all.

We are fixing a leak on Box Ranch Rd. The surrounding area may also experience low to no water pressure for a while but we should have the repairs completed by 4pm.

BOIL ORDER LIFTED
As of November 25th at 11:01am, the boil order for Falls County, Bruceville and Eddy was lifted. We appreciate the cooperation during that time and we hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

As of November 24th 2021 at 11am we ARE still under a boil order notice. We will issue a notice when it has been lifted, once we get results from the lab. Have a great Thanksgiving!

WATER LEAK
There is a leak on Old Bethany, close to the ball park. Therefore the water in the surrounding area will be affected. This will include Box Ranch Rd and Ringo Drive. We are working as fast as possible.

Leak on FM 1239
We are fixing a leak on FM 1239 this morning due to the contractor hitting a line on that road. The water will be off and the surrounding areas in Falls County may have low pressure.

Leak on 4th and Franklin
We will be fixing a leak on 4th & Franklin after 1pm today. The City area will either have low pressure or no water for the duration of the time it takes to repair the line.

We are going to be installing a fire hydrant on Soules Cr this morning. The water will be off when we get ready to install it. We will not turn it off UNTIL we are ready to install. Sorry for the inconvenience
