Past Water Notices
A boil water order stays in force until laboratory results come back clear and the City lifts it in writing.
A notice may apply to a single street, to part of Bruceville or Eddy, to the lines that cross the Falls County boundary, or to the whole system. Each one carries its own date and the area the City named.

Low Pressure/No Water - Falls County
We have opened up a fire hydrant on Hungry Hill & 107 to fix an issue on Hungry Hill. Please be aware this may affect the water pressure or cause some loss of water for a short time.

Boil Notice, still in affect, for Horseshoe Bend, Mustang, and Pinto
Unfortunately the boil water notice is still in affect. We have not been able to get water samples because of the rain. The areas affected are Horseshoe Bend Mustang and Pinto. Gene Sprouse

We have a water leak that we are going to fix this morning. Everyone on and around Horseshoe Bend will probably have low water pressure some could have no water for a little while.

BOIL ORDER NOTICE
The water leak on Old Bethany has been repaired. We are currently in the process of pressuring back up. Unfortunately there will be a boil water order for everyone that was affected this morning.

WATER LEAK
We are fixing a leak on Old Bethany this morning. Many of the surrounding areas will either experience low pressure or no water. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Old Bruceville Well is fixed
They have completed and fixed the leak out at the Old Bruceville Well. They are pressuring the line back up now and flushing the line. There will be no boil notice.

Leak on Howard Dr fixed
The 8 line break on Howard Drive early this morning has been fixed and we are in the process of flushing the lines to make sure everything is back up and running properly.

BOIL ORDER LIFTED
We have been informed that all samples taken yesterday are clear, therefore the boil order has been lifted as of 3:30pm today 7/10/2020. Sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.

Bruceville-Eddy Water Supply have issued a boil order notice for the Ranchcrest area, Box Ranch Rd, Woodard Ln and the Old Bethany Rd area only.

There is a water leak on Smith lane. There is a possibility of water service being temporarily turned off during the repair process. Also, there is a tree down on Aspen and Bruce.
