Past Water Notices
A boil water order stays in force until laboratory results come back clear and the City lifts it in writing.
A notice may apply to a single street, to part of Bruceville or Eddy, to the lines that cross the Falls County boundary, or to the whole system. Each one carries its own date and the area the City named.

WATER ISSUES IN THE SUZANNE DR AREA

We are fixing a leak east of IH 35 (affecting Mclennan and Falls County) this morning, the water will be shut down while we get this resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Leak on N Old Bruceville Rd
Customers on Old Bethany Rd and N Old Bruceville, between the Ball Park and Smith Ln, may have low water pressure or no water for a while, as the City is working on a leak in that area.

We have guys working on a leak on Box Ranch Rd at the moment, which may be causing low water pressure in that area. They are working to fix this issue as quickly as possible.

Around 4:56pm, today, we found out there was low pressure in Eddy and Gene and the guys are in the process of getting the pressure back up.
