Pay on the City website, not a look-alike

Third-party sites such as DOXO advertise that they take payments for the City. They have no permission to do so. They mail the City a paper check, which can take several days or more than a week to arrive and can make your payment late. The City no longer accepts DOXO payments and returns those checks to the customer.

Forms

If a notice covers your street

Boil the water you use for drinking, cooking and making ice. Bring it to a vigorous rolling boil, boil it for two minutes, and let it cool before use. Bottled water, or water from another suitable source, can be used instead. Water officials give notice when boiling is no longer necessary.

The service area

Where the Water Lines Run

The City's water customers are in Bruceville, in Eddy, and across the line in Falls County. A notice names the part of the system it applies to, so check the streets it lists before assuming it reaches you.
