Do I have to connect if I live outside the city limits?
No, and you are not billed for sewer.
Who maintains a grinder pump?
The Council has not determined this. The City will update this page after the Council decides.
What happens to my septic tank?
A septic tank may need to be pumped and filled once you are connected. The City will publish the requirement and who pays for it.
