City Departments
Seven offices run the City. Each page says what the office does, who leads it, and the number that reaches it.

The departments
Administration
The City Administrator's office runs day-to-day operations, prepares the budget, and carries out the ordinances and policies the Council adopts.
City Secretary
A statutory position appointed by the Council. The City Secretary keeps the City seal, publishes legal notices, runs elections, and answers public information requests.
Finance
Financial planning and management for the City, including the annual operating budget and the capital improvement project funds.
Municipal Court
The Municipal Court of Record No. 1 is at City Hall. Pay a fine or ask for a hearing through the court.
Police Department
Call 911 for an emergency.
Public Works Department
Public Works keeps the water system running, maintains City streets and rights of way, and carries out the sewer project.
Volunteer Fire Department
The Bruceville-Eddy Volunteer Fire Department covers the City and a coverage area that reaches into both McLennan and Falls counties.

Appointed by the Council as chief administrative officer. Serving Bruceville-Eddy since December 2025, with more than ten years in local government operations and a seat on the Texas City Management Association ethics committee.
