Public Works keeps the water system running, maintains City streets and rights of way, and carries out the sewer project.

Responsibilities
- Water production, distribution, meters and service connections
- Water main leaks and pressure loss, including after-hours response at 254-640-0721
- Boil water notices issued and rescinded on laboratory results
- The wastewater collection system and the treatment plant on Bruceville Lane
- Street and right-of-way maintenance
