A seat at the regional table
Membership in Lake Erie West is voluntary and open to governments and organizations across the region. Members shape regional plans, share resources, and gain access to a member portal built for the work.
Benefits of membership
- A vote in the General Assembly and a voice in regional priorities
- Direct access to transportation, environment, and development planning
- Shared data, grants support, and regional convening
- Discounted rates on council programs and services
Eligible members
Counties, cities, villages, and townships; schools and colleges; park districts, utilities, authorities, and other organizations working to improve quality of life across the region.
More than 80 member communities and organizations belong today.
A member portal, built for member governments
A redesigned site would give member staff a secure portal — single sign-on through the council's Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, so there is no new password to manage, with access controlled at the individual and organization level. This is a design concept; no real accounts are shown.
Sign in with your work account
Single sign-on via Active Directory (SAML / OpenID Connect) — the same login members already use.

Back-end access is differentiated by role, at the individual and organization level.
