Minutes of an Open Board of Directors Meeting North Missouri Solid Waste Management District

EXECUTIVE BOARD Barton Farm Campus 96 SE 8" Avenue Trenton, MO 64683 Thursday, March 25, 2021 11:30 a.m.

1. Callto Order: The open meeting was called to order at 11:20 a.m. by Chairman

Jack Hodge.

2. District Roll Call: A quorum was declared with 10 members present. The following

were present:

3.. Approval of March 25, 2021, Agenda: Chris May made a motion to approve the agenda with a second from Robert Munden. Motion carried 10-0.

5. Minutes of June 30, 2020, Executive Board of Directors Meeting Minutes will be

read at the next meeting.

6. Financial Statements: Financial Statements will be presented at the next meeting. 7. Old Business:

8. New Business:

a. Bids on the skid loader. The board had instructed Ann to take sealed bids on the skid loader that the District owns, due to the mechanical problems. There is a good possibility that the head is cracked, since there is water in the oil. Ann advertised in the Trenton paper and the shopper. Ann reported that there were 6 people who inquired about it and 2 people actually came and looked at it. The District received 3 bids. They were: Clarence Boon - $2,500.00; Dale Moss - $2,885.00; and Randy Railsback - $3,500.00. Phillip Ray made a motion to accept the highest bid of $3,500.00 from Randy Railsback and C.R. “Bud” Motsinger seconded the motion. Motion carried 10-0.

b. Signature Cards — The board discussed replacing Randall Railsback with

Corinne Watts on both of the checking accounts. Ann to do the Resolution and present at the Full Council Board Meeting

c. Next Meeting — The board will meet on April 8, 2021, for their next meeting.

9. Other Business — e None.

10. Adjournment: Jim Ruse moved to adjourn the meeting, with a second by C.R. “Bud” Motsinger. Motion carried 10-0. The meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
