Customers on Woodard Lane will be without water for a short period of time this morning as we are fixing a leak at one of the fire hydrants, Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working as fast as possible.

A Special Workshop of the City Council will take place this Thursday, August 11th, beginning at 2 pm.

Proposed Tax Rate, Budget, and Tax Rate Calculations Posted
The City's proposed 2022-2023 tax rate, budget, and tax rate calculation worksheets have been posted in their respective locations on our website: Proposed Budget and Tax Rate Tax Rate Calculation Worksheet The City Council will host a budget workshop meeting at 2 p.m.

Trash Rate Increase
At the last City Council meeting, a trash rate increase was approved in the amount of 12.52% across currently established fees.

WATER BILLS MAILED
All water bills were taken to the post office this morning.

There is currently a leak on Temple St in-between W 3rd and 4th Street. You may be experiencing low water pressure or have no water at all.

Atmos Energy Safety Survey
Atmos Energy and their partner Southern Cross Consultants will be performing routine maintenance in the City of Bruceville-Eddy and surrounding areas from July 19th to July 22nd during the hours of 8 p.m to 8 a.m.

Trash
As a reminder to all customers inside city limits - Waste Connections drivers will not pick up extra bags, they are only supposed to pick up the items INSIDE the trash can(s).

Holiday trash pick up schedule
Please be aware that the trash service for all routes will be running a day behind next week due to the 4th of July holiday on Monday.
