Open solicitations
What is out for bid
Open solicitations are posted here with their documents, their question deadline and their closing date. When one closes, it stays on this page as a closed item until the Council awards it, so a bidder can tell the difference between a solicitation that has ended and one that has been taken down.
Addenda
An addendum changes the terms of a solicitation, and it is published on the same page as the solicitation it amends rather than filed separately. Bidders are responsible for the addenda in effect on the closing date.
Submitting a response
A solicitation states its own submission method, format and deadline, and that statement governs. Where it is silent, responses go to the City Secretary at City Hall.
