How do I pay property taxes?

When Due December 20 and May 10
Pay the full year, or the first half, by December 20; the second half is due May 10. Statements go out between November 1 and 15.
Real estate and personal property taxes are paid to the County Treasurer. Online payment runs through Kansas.gov with your statement in hand; the counter takes payment during Treasurer hours.
What to do
- Have your tax statement; the parcel and amount are on it.
- Pay online at Kansas.gov. A credit card carries a 2.5 percent convenience fee; an e-check is 2 dollars a parcel.
- Or pay at the Treasurer's window at 111 S Hersey, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30, or mail it to PO Box 425, Beloit, KS 67420.
- Paying under protest is available from December 20 for the first half and May 10 for the second.
