The agenda is posted the Thursday before; minutes follow within the week. Proceedings summarize every fund each quarter.
The Commission meets every Monday morning at the courthouse. Its weekly minutes, the agenda, and the quarterly proceedings are all on this site and searchable by the words inside them.
What to do
- Read this week's agenda on the Commission page.
- Search the minutes for a road, a fund, or a name.
- Open the quarterly proceedings for receipts, expenditures, and cash balances by fund.
- To get on the agenda, call the County Clerk at 785-738-3652.
