Pay your water bill
Water and trash billing for the City of Louisiana. Pay online to go paperless, skip the mailed bill and pay by card or bank transfer instead, or set up automatic payment from your bank account each month.
This is a demonstration of the payment flow. Once launched, residents pay online here through the city's water-billing vendor.

Fill out the Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Water Bill Payments (a fillable PDF is also available) and return it to City Hall to have your water bill drafted automatically each month.

Moving in or transferring service? Complete the New/Transferred Water & Trash Service Application and bring it to City Hall, 202 South 3rd Street.
