Accessibility
How this website is built to work for everyone, and how to report a problem.
The standard
Fulfill’s website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, so that neighbors who use a screen reader, a keyboard, a magnifier or voice control can find food and help as easily as anyone.
What is built in
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a link to skip to the main content.
- Headings, landmarks and labels let a screen reader move through each page and its forms.
- Text and controls meet the contrast WCAG asks for, and pages reflow when text is enlarged to 200%.
- Hours are written out in words, never shown only in color or in a picture.
- The pages for finding food are in Spanish at Ayuda en español.
- The Mobile Pantry Schedule, Find Food and What to Expect print cleanly.
