The City runs seventeen departments out of six streets. Eight of them have a page here. The rest carry the address and the direct number the City publishes.

The Department Directory

The two the RFP names are the two the City controls both ends of. A permitting portal with its own accounts and payments is not one of those, and replacing it with a page would be a downgrade.
