78 agendas, minutes, meeting schedules, grant guidelines and year-end reports, already public and now findable. The Development Authority and the Business Improvement District meet the same day and file separately, so each record says which board it belongs to.
One cell is one document. A year that looks thin is a year with fewer files posted, not a year with fewer meetings, which is exactly the kind of gap a library makes visible and a folder of links does not.
