My Brushy Creek

Three things the District publishes depend on your household: the days your address may water, whether this is your recycling week, and which price column you pay. Answer once and this site keeps the answers on this device only.

Your Household

Only the number, like 8320. Never the street.

Your trash day

Not sure? Find your zone on the TDS map.

Your price column

Kept on this device only. Nothing is sent to the District or anyone else.

Watering Days

At all times when the District’s Drought and Emergency Water Management Stages are not in effect, users are requested to voluntarily limit the use of water for non-essential purposes and to practice water conservation, including by limiting landscape irrigation use to not more than twice per week in accordance with the following voluntary watering schedule:

Odd-Numbered Addresses
Tuesday and/or Saturday
Even-Numbered Addresses
Wednesday and/or Sunday

In the event no address number exists for the outdoor water use location, Users are requested to voluntarily restrict water use to the same days as even-numbered addresses.

Recycling Week

Your trash and recycling pickup day occur on the same day of the week. Trash collection happens every week and recycling collection is every other week.

  • Monday (Zone 1) next recycling Monday, November 2
  • Tuesday (Zone 2) next recycling Tuesday, November 3
  • Thursday (Zone 3) next recycling Thursday, November 12
  • Friday (Zone 4) next recycling Friday, November 13

On such holidays, service will slide one (1) day after the normal collection day.

Every pickup week through June 2027

Sewer Averaging

November 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027

Our sewer averaging period starts November 1 and runs through the end of February. Since water consumption is generally lower during the winter months, conserving water during this period may help reduce your monthly wastewater fees.

If you experience a water leak or filled a swimming pool (10,000 gallons or more) between November 2026 and February 2027, you may qualify for a sewer averaging adjustment. To request a review, complete and submit the Sewer Averaging Adjustment Form.

Please submit all sewer adjustment requests by May 31, 2027, to be considered.

If you have questions, contact Customer Service at customerservice@bcmudtx.gov or call 512-255-7871.

Your Price Column

The District prices classes, camps, pool passes and events in three columns. Pick yours on the card and every price table on this site marks it.
