Open Records Requests

Anyone may ask the District for public information under the Texas Public Information Act. Put the request in writing and send it to the District’s administration office.

How to Ask

Write down what you are asking for, as specifically as you can: the record, the dates and the subject.
Send it in writing by email to customerservice@bcmudtx.gov, by mail to 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX 78681, or at the front desk.
The District replies in writing. If it needs more time, or a charge applies, it tells you before it goes ahead.
