Sewer backup or wastewater overflow

A wastewater problem is a water utility issue: call the same line, day or night.

Something broken in a park, pool or on a trail

Call Customer Service at (512) 255-7871. For a safety concern in a park after hours, call Security at ext. 232.

A street light is out

Oncor, not the District, repairs street lights. Report the pole number to Oncor.

A missed trash or recycling pickup

Check your pickup week and any holiday change first, then call Customer Service at (512) 255-7871.

A pothole, road or traffic signal

Williamson County maintains the roads in Brushy Creek and runs resurfacing projects within the District’s boundaries.

A fire, a medical emergency or a crime in progress

Call 911.
