Hi Jamie and Ryan, We wanted to thank you and your team for the clear and timely updates dming the recent gas outage. The overview of steps being taken and the expected timeline was especially helpful. We were traveling abroad at the time, and it gave us peace of mind to keep our house/pet sitter informed-and to know what to expect upon returning. I really appreciated not having to chase down information or rely on speculation on social media. Thanks again for keeping the community informed! Nicole Graves & Ryan Kimble 975 Ridgeview Lane
