DESCRIPTION: The All Saints’ Episcopal Church has submitted a special event application for Jazz for Justice. See attached application and breakdown of event below. A safety meeting was conducted and Fire, Police and DPW approve. BREAKDOWN OF EVENT: Event Date: 6-6-25 Event location: All Saints’ Church, corner of Grand/Hoffman Streets Event Hours: 5:00pm-8:00pm Set up/Clean up times: 3:00pm & 9:00pm Estimated number of attendees: 200 Volunteers: 20 Street Closure on Grand Street between Mason & Hoffman 2 food trucks on Mason Street Using SHS parking lot for overflow parking BUDGET ACTION REQUIRED: N/A COMMITTEE/COMMISSION REVIEW: N/A LEGAL REVIEW: N/A SAMPLE MOTION: Motion to approve/deny Jazz for Justice to take place on June 6, 2025, organized by All Saints’ Episcopal Church.
