A related, separate authority

Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh

Formed by the City of Pittsburgh in 1964, before the SEA existed. The two authorities operate in cooperation and share an Executive Director and staff, but the Stadium Authority is its own body with its own board and its own holdings.
