A Landlord, a Developer, and a Record-Keeper
The SEA does not play games; it owns the ground the games are played on, and it holds that ground in public trust for a City and a County jointly. Day to day it leases Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, and PPG Paints Arena to their tenants, owns and operates the David L. Lawrence Convention Center outright, runs parking facilities, maintains riverfront parks and public art, and advances development on the Lower Hill parcels.
