RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to enter into agreements with Pitt Marine Towing (dba TowBoat US Pittsburgh & Deep Creek Lake) and Marion Hill Associates, Inc. for the removal and disposal of at-risk, derelict, and abandoned boats along SEA property; and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized to take all action and execute such documents as are necessary and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to ratify a change order with ABM Power Solutions in the lump sum amount of $10,633 for two electrical circuit breaker trip unit replacements at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center; and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized to take all action and execute such documents as are necessary and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to award a purchase order to WindSwept in the amount of $11,478.50 for rooftop terrace tent components; and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized to take all action and execute such documents as are necessary and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. Executive Summary: The rooftop construction was completed in May 2022. The construction included installing an integrated anchoring system to accommodate a tent.
