Resolution 6220: David L. Lawrence Convention Center
RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to bind all insurance for July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, at a cost not-to-exceed $675,420, plus processing and workers compensation auditing fees; and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized and directed to take all action and execute such documents as are related and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. Statement: 1. Mr. Michael Quatrini stated that Authority staff pushed Henderson Brothers to ensure the Authority was getting like-for-like policies and the best possible pricing.

Resolution 6219: David L. Lawrence Convention Center
RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to enter into an agreement with Enel X to be the Western Pennsylvania Electricity Consortium energy advisor through March 31, 2031, for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and the North Shore Parking Garage; and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized to take all action and execute such documents as are necessary and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County (SEA) that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to enter into a three-year management agreement beginning August 1, 2026 and ending July 31, 2029, for the operation and management of the Lower Hill District surface parking lots, with a management fee of 2.25% of Net Revenue, and with owner options to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized te take all actiori and execute such documents as are necessary and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. 4 2005712

Resolution 6217: David L. Lawrence Convention Center
RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County (SEA) that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to enter into an agreement with MMC Land Management, Inc. for landscaping maintenance services beginning June 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $47,240.75, with options to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized to take all action and execute such documents as are necessary and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

RESOLVED by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County that its Executive Director and other proper officers are authorized to enter into an amendment with Wild Goose Chase LLC (dba Geese Police of Western Pennsylvania) for a six-month agreement in an amount not-to-exceed $10,500 for geese control services, with an owners' option to extend the agreement for up to two additional one-year terms at an annual cost not-to-exceed $19,550 for 2027 and 2028; and further that the proper officers and agents of the Authority are authorized and directed to take all action and execute such documents as are related and proper to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
