Pend Oreille PUD is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a concept site built to show what a modernized popud.org could look like, and it targets zero automated accessibility violations on every page: a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, landmark regions, and color choices checked against WCAG's contrast formulas.
