Accessibility
The guide works by keyboard, without motion, and at larger text sizes. For a visit, use the source links below to check the real conditions at each stop before relying on a path, entrance, or service.
Built into the site
01
The first keyboard link on every page moves directly to the main content.
02
Navigation and the Search or Ask field use standard controls. So do route stops, notices, and source links. Each control shows a clear focus mark. You can open and close the menu by keyboard.
03
The river route starts as a normal document. It does not need an effect to make sense. A reduced-motion setting removes extra movement. The route also stays in order when JavaScript is off.
04
Text and controls can grow. The page then flows into one column, so you do not have to read from side to side.
05
Headings, labels, words, borders, and page markers carry meaning along with color. The orange current marker is never the only cue.
06
Photos of the place have short alternative text. Decorative texture stays out of the reading order. Photo credits remain on the sources page.
About visiting Leland
We have not checked every sidewalk, street crossing, waterfront surface, slope, beach path, restroom, or doorway in Leland. We have not checked every snow condition or short-term barrier. Conditions can change by season and by property.
For a group with different mobility needs, use the shorter day plan. Contact a place before you rely on one entrance or service. Follow the group responsible for each stop:
This is an independent concept, not a government service. If part of the site blocks access, use the plain source directory. It links to the groups that keep current information.
