What happens
Walk-in Help is the plainest thing the Lab does. The doors are open, the machines are on, and staff are on the floor rather than behind a desk. People come in with a spreadsheet they are tired of, a job application, a grant narrative, a set of photos to sort, or a question they were embarrassed to ask anywhere else. You do not need an appointment and you do not need to know what to call the thing you want.
Who it is for
Anyone. No prior experience is assumed and nothing is sold.
