The plaza deck

Constitution Plaza sits one level above the street, between Market Street and Columbus Boulevard, and there is a garage underneath it. Once you are on the deck, look for the glass-fronted bay at number 10.

If getting up to the deck is the hard part, say so before you come. Someone will meet you at street level and take you in.

By car

There is a garage under Constitution Plaza, and on-street parking on the surrounding blocks.

On foot

Constitution Plaza is in downtown Hartford, a short walk from Union Station and the Old State House.
