What happens
This is a working session, not a lecture. You bring the jobs that eat your week: quotes, customer replies, listings, the invoice chase. You leave having done one of them a faster way, on your own accounts, with a written note of the steps so you can repeat it on Monday. We cover what the tools are bad at as carefully as what they are good at, because a wrong price sent to forty customers is worse than a slow afternoon.
