Recently at age 78 I decided I had better start leaving my chair and getting some exercise. I knew that classes for seniors were offered at the Community Center, and as it is a mile from my house, that was an obvious choice.
It turned out to be one of those serendipitous choices that changes things.
Not only did it improve the mobility in my shoulder, I made friends and reconnected to the very healthy experience of face-to-face communication.
