Four data-story dashboards turn current public datasets into resident-facing narratives — each opens to real charts (crash trends, service-request mix, permit and urban-forest breakdowns) drawn from City records. The base bid includes three launch data stories; this prototype shows the pattern, the charts, and the source records behind each one.
