The Beat Program
The department's community-oriented policing model assigns officers to specific neighborhoods. This approach reinforces, in the Village's words, its commitment to transparency, accountability, and partnership. Residents know their beat officer; officers know their beat.
Overnight parking & online services
Overnight street parking requests run through the department's Frontline online services. The production build deep-links the Village's live Frontline portal so the process residents already know keeps working.
Parking citations
Think a citation was issued in error? Use the Parking Citation Dispute Form. Citations can otherwise be paid through the Village's payment channels.
