What Administration does
The Mayor and Village Board appoint a professional Village Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of the Village. Administration coordinates departments, communications, special projects (including this website redesign) and keeps the public's business public.
Village Clerk
Stacy Michael (term 2025–2029) is the Village's elected recording officer. As keeper of minutes, ordinances, and official records, she also serves as the Village's ADA Title II Coordinator. smichael@roundlakeil.gov

- Illinois FOIA clocks start: a response is generally due within 5 business days.
Finance
Finance manages utility billing (bills mail the 1st, due the 20th), the annual budget, and the auditor's communication. Budgets, audits, and reports publish under fiscal transparency.
