STADIUM AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH BOARD MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026 10:00 AM E.S.T. The Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (the “Authority”) held a Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2026, in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center Executive Board Room. Board members in attendance: Stanley Lederman, Chairperson; Steve Steingart (via Zoom), Vice-Chairman; Keith Reed (via Zoom), Member; Rev. John D. Welch (via Zoom), Member; Leigh Coogan, Member; Stephen Papernick, Solicitor. Authority staff present: Aaron Waller, Bridget Pascal, Doug Straley, Connor Reiche, Edward Figas, Michael Halpern, Dom Summers, Hillary Frisbie, Elizabeth Hobson, and Paul McDonald Jr. Public Attendees: Sean Holsing, ASM Global; Drew Singer, Pittsburgh Pirates; Herky Pollock, Legacy Realty Partners; Adam Babetski, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Mr. Stanley Lederman called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. Mr. Stephen Papernick proceeded with board member roll call and confirmed a quorum was present. Before moving on to public participation, Mr. Lederman introduced new board members Leigh Coogan and Rev. John Welch. The following agenda items were discussed: 1.
